Payment and cancellation conditions + privacy statement Pension zu Hause

Terms of payment

After agree to our offer, we ask you to transfer 70% of the total amount to our bank account within 4 weeks.
We are asking you politely to transfer the remaining 30% to our account no later than 14 days before your arrival.

Cancellation conditions

If you are unexpectedly unable to come and to make use of your booking, we will apply the following cancellation conditions:

- You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before departure.
- Canceling 29 days to 7 days before departure means that we withhold 30% of the total amount.
- Canceling from 6 days before departure means that we will deduct 70% of the total amount.
- If you do not show up for your booking or arrive late, this means that we will charge you 90% of the total amount.

Cancellation insurance

Sometimes things don't go as planned and the booked holiday has to be canceled or terminated prematurely. We want to save you the associated costs and irritation. We therefore recommend that you take hotel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung (including free Covid cover). Default of payment

Please note the payment term on the invoice. If payment is not made on time, and we have not agreed alternative payment terms with each other, we reserve the right to charge interest in the event of late payment. This is 4% for private customers and 8.58% for business customers plus €10,00 handling fee.

Pension zu Hause uses analytical cookies. Visitor privacy is guaranteed with these analytical cookies and no permission is required to collect these cookies.
